[Object] In disposing a circuit for refrigerant for adjusting air temperature and a circuit for refrigerant for supplying hot water in heat exchange relation, improved convenience and further energy saving are achieved by interposing a heat exchanger having a reasonable structure. [Solution] An intermediate heat exchanger (23) which is used in an air-conditioning hot-water supply system and which exchanges heat between a refrigerant circulating through a circuit for refrigerant for adjusting air temperature, a refrigerant circulating through a circuit for refrigerant for supplying hot water, and a heating medium circulating through a heating medium circuit is configured by an outer tube and four inner tubes. The outer tube is used as a heat transfer tube for heating medium (23c) connected to the heating medium circuit by a pipe. Two of the four inner tubes are used as heat transfer tubes for refrigerant for adjusting air temperature (23a) connected to the circuit for refrigerant for adjusting air temperature by a pipe. The other two inner tubes are used as heat transfer tubes for refrigerant for supplying hot water (23b) connected to the circuit for refrigerant for supplying hot water by a pipe. The heat transfer tubes for refrigerant for adjusting air temperature (23a) and the heat transfer tubes for refrigerant for supplying hot water (23b) are bonded (101).
