PRODUCTION METHOD OF A SEASONING MATERIAL HAVING BEEF FLAVOR

PURPOSE: A producing method of a seasoning material having the beef flavor is provided to easily store or transport the seasoning material having a paste form. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a seasoning material having the beef flavor comprises the following steps: mixing 20-25 parts of onion by weight, 15-18 parts of soy sauce by weight, and 30-40 parts of high fructose corn syrup by weight; adding 1-2 parts of methionine by weight, and 1-2 parts of cysteine by weight into the mixture; adding 10-20 parts of beef tallow by weight into the mixture at 50-60 deg C for 20-50 minutes; adding 5-10 parts of hydrolyzed vegetable protein by weight into the mixture, and dissolving at 100-110 deg C; concentrating the dissolved mixture in 50-80Brix; and adding 0.1-0.2 parts of beef flavoring agent by weight into the mixture.
