LEVEL DOWN SHIFTER

PURPOSE: A level down shifter is provided to minimize duty cycle distortion due to a PVT(Process Voltage Temperature) variation by including a current source of a self-biased feedback structure. CONSTITUTION: A first load element(10) is connected between a first voltage and a first node. A second load element(20) is connected between the first voltage and a second node. A first input device controls the voltage of the first node by receiving a reference voltage signal. A second input device(50) controls the voltage of the second node by receiving an input signal. A current source is connected between a second voltage and a third node and controls a third node voltage and a bias current by receiving a second node voltage.
