DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MEASURING AND REPORTING A MDT INFORMATION OF MOBILE TERMINAL

PURPOSE: An MDT(Minimization of Drive Test) measurement and report method in a 3GPP(Third Generation Partnership Project) system is provided to effectively report time information to a terminal by adding MDT measurement information to the time information in the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A terminal executes MDT according to configuration information by receiving the configuration information(310). When the acquisition timing of GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) location information is similar with report timing, the terminal determines periodic report timing(315,320). When a report cycle is bigger than a threshold value, the terminal simultaneously reports time information and location information to a base station(320,325,335).
