Computer-implemented method for determining the elasto-plastic mechanical behaviour of inhomogeneous anisotropic materials

The method involves initially determining a linear-elastic behavior of a matrix-phase. A plastic behavior is computed by using a correction formula i.e. flow curve description of seger formula, which is isotropic and is only applied to a homogenized linear elastic matrix-phase of a material. Linear-elastic homogenized material behavior of the matrix-phase is determined by a mean-field-homogenization concept i.e. mori-tanaka-model, and a numerical simulation method e.g. finite element method (FEM) and boundary element method.
