PURPOSE: A molding frame for rod-shaped rice cake capable of inserting sauce into the rice cake is provided to insert the sauce into the rice cake using a sauce injecting unit. CONSTITUTION: A molding frame(B) for rod-shaped rice cake including a sauce injection unit(106) is attached to an outlet(A) of a kneading machine, for extruding the rod-shaped rice cake through discharging holes(104, 105) of the molding frames. The rice cake passes through a molding frame pipe(102) and a sauce injection pipe for inserting sauce into the rice cake. A sauce injection controlling rod is connected to the end of sauce injection pipe, and a timer(107) for adjusting the injection time of the sauce. |
