PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly water treating system is provided to obtain purified water from both point source pollutants and non-point source pollutants and to selectively reuse water for purposes. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly water treating system includes a biological membrane treating bath(100), a screen bath(200), a water storage treating bath(300), and a using unit(400). A detachably biological membrane is arranged in the biological membrane treating bath. Rainwater is introduced into the screen bath. The water storage treating bath includes a settling bath, an aerating bath, and a storing bath. Treated water is introduced into the settling bath through the biological membrane treating bath and the screen bath. Foreign materials of high specific gravities are eliminated from the water in the settling bath. The water without the foreign materials is introduced into the aerating bath, and organic materials of the water are decomposed in the aerating bath. The water without the organic materials is introduced into the storing bath.
