<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high protonic conductive electrolyte film having a relatively high protonic conductivity and its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: This invention includes the manufacturing method of the high protonic conductive electrolyte film including a complex forming process for forming anion-cation complex by dissolving solid polymer electrolyte and cation molecules in a solvent, a film forming process for casting film by using the solution obtained by the complex forming process and a removing process for removing equal to or more than 80% of the cation molecules from the film and the high protonic conductive electrolyte film obtained by the method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
