摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an energy consumption in the producing time by performing an annealing under wetting atmosphere after completing a secondary recrystallization or performing a decarburize-annealing under wetting atmosphere after the secondary recrystallize-annealing, in the secondary recrystallize-annealing as the finish process for manifesting a magnetic characteristic, in a method for producing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet using carbide of metals in IVa or Va group, such as TiC, as an inhibitor. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing the grain-oriented electrical steel sheet excellent in productivity, is performed as the followings, in which TiC is used as the inhibitor, while forming low Ti layer on the surface of the steel sheet before or after completing the secondary recrystallization, after completing the secondary recrystallization, an open-coil state annealing in the wetting atmosphere, is performed and thus, purification is completed at extremely high speed in comparison with the conventional method by smoothly progressing the decarburization while preventing from the formation of a tight oxidized film on the surface layer of the steel sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
