PURPOSE: A display device and an operation method thereof are provided to simultaneously perform display and scan functions through first, second, and third display pixels having organic light emitting materials and multiple unit cells having light sensing pixels. CONSTITUTION: A display device comprises a display panel(200) having unit cells(210). Each unit cell comprises first, second, and third display pixels(C1,C2,C3) and a light sensing pixel(PS). The first display pixel comprises an organic light emitting material having a first color. The second display pixel comprises an organic light emitting material having a second color. The third display pixel comprises an organic light emitting material having a third color. The light sensing pixel is adjacent to the first, second, and third display pixels. |
