PURPOSE: A touch pen is provided to implement touch of a touch pen in case a user wears gloves and perform delicate touch of a narrower area than fingers of a user. CONSTITUTION: A light receiving unit(110) produces an electrical energy with the usage of an external light. A charging and discharging unit(105) charges the external light by electrical energy supplied from the light receiving unit. The charging and discharging unit supplies current to a touch unit as minute current quantity. The touch unit performs operation of the touch screen in a capacitance type. The touch unit uses the minute current. |
