NOVEL MIRNA MOLECULES ISOLATED FROM BRASSICA RAPA

PURPOSE: A miRNA isolated from Brassica rapa and a vector containing the same are provided to understand the regulation of post-transcription. CONSTITUTION: A miRNA isolated from Brassica rapa contains a base sequence of sequence number 59 or 73 or complementary sequence thereof. The miRNA is isolated using genetic information such as GSS, EST, mRNA, and cDNA. A vector contains the miRNA isolated from Brassica rapa. The miRNA is operatively linked to an expression regulatory sequence and is inserted into the vector.
