PURPOSE: A terminal using a connection apparatus and display apparatus connection system are provided to effectively connect a display apparatus to a portable terminal using an image code or bluetooth communication technology. CONSTITUTION: A first portable terminal(100) transmits a connection request signal including identification information for identifying the first portable terminal and identification information for identifying a first display apparatus(300) to a connection apparatus(200) in order to construct first pairing connection by connecting to the first display apparatus. The connection apparatus identifies the first display apparatus and the first portable terminal by responding to the connection request signal. The connection apparatus connects the first portable terminal to the first display apparatus.
