PREPARATION METHOD FOR ADIABATIC MORTAR USING WASTE ALC

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of heat-insulating mortar which is produced by using waste autoclaved light weight concrete is provided to prevent strength degradation of the heat-insulating mortar. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of heat-insulating mortar comprises the following steps: preparing waste ALC having an average particle size of 1-200 micro meters and waste glass powder raw materials; manufacturing molded products by pelletizing while adding a bonging agent to the powder materials; manufacturing light weight aggregate by calcinating the molded products the rotary kiln; and mixing 10-50 parts by weight of the light weight aggregate with 50-90 parts by weight of cement. A manufacturing method of the insulating mortar additionally includes the following step: coating the surface of the molded products with separate wasted glass frit after manufacturing the molded products. The light weight aggregate has a specific gravity of 0.4-1.2 and an absorption rate of 6% or less. The particle size of the light weight aggregate is 0.1-30 mm. The mixture of the cement and the light weight aggregate additionally includes one or more selected from a thickening agent or fiber.
