PURPOSE: A door panel for a partition belt line having a free stop hinge device is provided to enable a user to conveniently open and close a door by installing a free stop hinge device on a rotary center shaft. CONSTITUTION: A door panel for a partition belt line having a free-stop hinge device comprises a free stop hinge device(80). The free stop hinge device has a rotary shaft(81) and a fitting shaft(82). The rotary shaft is fixed to a binding hole(41) formed on a door support(40). The fitting shaft is extended to the outside and is coupled to a fixing hole(31) formed on one end of a wiring hanger member(30).
