PURPOSE: A manufacturing method, a construction method, and a structure for a PC slab are provided to remarkably reduce the bending deflection of a PC slab used for a prefabricated structure. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a PC slab is as follows. A PC steel member(400), a wire mesh, shear bars(402), foaming bodies(403), spacers, and foaming body fixing units are installed inside a form. A height adjusting female screw insert(306) is fixed to the hole of a hinge attached on one side of the form using a fixing bolt. A height adjusting groove section steel(300) is fixed to a female screw attached on the other side of the form using a fixing bolt. Concrete is placed inside the form, and the foaming body fixing units are removed. The concrete is cured. The height adjusting female screw insert is separated from the hinge. The height adjusting groove section steel is separated from the female screw.
