The flow engine with horizontal or vertical axis of rotation comprising at least two counter-rotating impellers each carrying vanes oscillating in axis perpendicular to axis of rotation and sharing the same flow sweep area. The flow engine also allows: possibility to increase power by stacking units, direct or planetary/bevel gear box drive and option to add non-linear SLT transmission to increase power output.
