PURPOSE: A method for providing a ubiquitous intelligent infant care service and a customized education service, and a device thereof and a recording medium are provided to define a customized message for a user according to location information of an infant and a repeated behavior pattern of the infant, thereby providing the customized message. CONSTITUTION: A behavior pattern of a infant is monitored(210). A text message educated is generates according to the behavior pattern monitored(220). The text message is converted to a voice message(230). Prosody of the voice message converted is modified according to a sentence type category of the text message generated(240). The repeated behavior pattern in a predetermined time window is detected when the behavior pattern is monitored.
