PURPOSE: An indoor cultivation method of wood-cultivated ginseng seedlings is provided to enable users to cultivate the wood-cultivated ginseng seedlings regardless of the season. CONSTITUTION: An indoor cultivation method of wood-cultivated ginseng seedlings comprises the following steps: collecting the wood-cultivated ginseng seedlings grown for 1-5 years before sprouting(100); storing the collected ginseng seedlings in a low temperature storage chamber at 0.5-3.5 deg C below zero(200); collecting leaf mold from broad-leaved trees, and crushing the leaf mold using a crusher(300, 400); mixing the leaf mold with white coarse sand to obtain mixed soil(500); filling the mixed soil in a seed bed, and planting the ginseng seedlings in the seed bed(600); covering the ginseng seedlings with the mixed soil, and spraying water to the seed bed(510, 700); storing the seed bed indoor including a greenhouse(800); watering the seed bed every 2-3 days(710); and adjusting the temperature and the sunlight emission rate to the seed bed(900).
