PURPOSE: Functional material transferring apparatus, system, and method are provided to improve the absorption rate of functional materials delivered to objects. CONSTITUTION: A functional material transferring apparatus includes a main body(100), and a probe(200). The main body outputs the ultrasonic oscillation having the wavelength corresponding to the size of micro-bubbles transferred to objects. The probe includes an ultrasonic wave generator(210) generating the ultrasonic oscillation transferred to the main body, and a housing(220) for storing the ultrasonic wave generator. The main body includes an input unit for inputting external input signals, a power source converting unit converting the commercial alternating voltage into a pulse shaped square wave, an ultrasonic driver, and a controller controlling the power source converting unit and the sonic driver. |
