<p>The present invention is directed to compositions of matter useful for the diagnosis and treatment of tumor in mammals and to methods of using those compositions of matter for the same. The present invention discloses the Tumor-associated Antigenic Target (TAT) polypeptide TAT211 (SEQ ID NO:107), and discloses uses of anti-TAT211 antibodies, conjugates, and antibody fragments for inhibiting the growth of a lung cancer cell and for the diagnosis of the presence of a lung tumor in a mammal.</p>
