PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for anodizing an inner pot of an electric rice cooker are provided to prevent the corrosion of a stainless steel layer by anodizing a clad sheet composed of an aluminum layer and the stainless steel layer. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for anodizing an inner pot of an electric rice cooker comprises an anodizing jig(100), an electrolyte tank(200), and an electrification part(300). The anodizing jig comprises a cover(110), a sealing member(120), and an inner pot fixing member(160). The cover surrounds the outer surface of a stainless steel layer(22) in an inner pot(10) for an electric rice cooker. The inner pot is molded by a clad sheet(20) in which an aluminum layer(21) and the stainless steel layer are deposited. The sealing member is interposed between the cover and the stainless steel layer to electrically insulate the cover and the stainless steel layer and to seal the outer surface of the stainless steel layer. The inner pot fixing member fixes the inner pot in the cover.
