PURPOSE: A position adjusting device for a shim plate is provided to complete the assembling work of a structure without damage to the structure by simply and precisely inserting a shim plate into a joint of the structure. CONSTITUTION: A position adjusting device for a shim plate comprises a body(200), a rotation unit(300), a fixing unit(400), and position adjusting units(500). The rotation unit is protruded from one end of the body to transfer torque from the outside to the body. The fixing unit is protruded from one plane of the body to the outside. The position adjusting units are protruded from one plane of the body, where the fixing unit is protruded, to the outside to be separated from the fixing unit and transfers the torque applied to the body to a shim plate.
