PURPOSE: A heat shielding and fixing device for a rotor of a gas turbine and a gas turbine using the same are provided to effectively extend the lifetime of the rotor, and to reduce power generation costs by effectively assembling and dissembling the rotor. CONSTITUTION: A heat shielding and fixing device(100) for a rotor of a gas turbine comprises a platform unit(110), a handle unit(130), a shank unit(150), and a dovetail unit(170). The platform unit is flatly formed with a predetermined thickness to protect a surface of the rotor from combustion heat. The handle unit is protruded, and placed on the platform unit. The shank unit is placed at a bottom of the platform unit, and narrower than a width of the platform. The dovetail unit is placed at the bottom of the shank unit, and detachably connected to the rotor.
