<p>PURPOSE: A gram positive bacteria expression system using a recombinant vector having a promoter is provided to massively produce target proteins by overexpressing the target protein without specific inducing agent. CONSTITUTION: A Bacillus subtilis-derived novel promoter contains base sequences of 24th to 68th among sequence number 1 or 2. A recombinant vector contains a novel promoter and a gene encoding a target protein. The target protein is GFP, catalase, or chloramphenicol acetyltransferase. A method for producing the target protein comprises: a step of culturing the transformed recombinant microorganism to express the target protein; and a step of collecting the expressed target protein.</p> |
