OBJECT TRACKING SYSTEM USING MARKER AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A system and method for tracking object locations using a marker is provided to recognize marker locations by analyzing an infrared image acquired by an infrared camera. CONSTITUTION: An infrared projector(110) projects an infrared ray to an object(10). An infrared camera(120) captures the infrared ray reflected by a market(11) attached on the object. An image processing unit(130) analyzes an infrared image acquired by the infrared camera. The image processing unit recognizes a marker location and a marker shape. An object location tracker(140) tracks object locations according to maker recognition results of the image processing unit.
