The anchor body is inserted into a borehole formed on the ground and has multiple rotary wings. The rotary wings are supported by multiple rotation links and have pressing blocks having saw-toothed protrusions. The tension bar is connected to the anchor body, and the front end is fixed to the inlet of the borehole. The traction block grips or releases the tension bar.
