MANUFACTURING METHOD OF REFLECTIVE POLARIZER DISPERED POLYMER AND DEVICE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A reflective polarizer manufacturing method and apparatus are provided to maximize an optical modulation effect even if few polymers are arranged inside base material. CONSTITUTION: Extrusion parts(220, 221) individually insert a first component and a second component of a reflective polarizer. A spin block part(C) comprises a sea island type extrusion steel bar(223). The spin block part forms sea island complex flow in which the first component is dispersed inside the second component. The sea island type extrusion steel bar forms the sea island complex flow by inserting the first component and the second component. The sea island complex flow reflects transversal waves of desired wavelength.
