PURPOSE: A whole-body-muscle and balance exercising apparatus using a ball and a circular plate is provided to enable users to exercise in a narrow space, and to use the apparatus as a rehabilitation exercise tool. CONSTITUTION: A whole-body-muscle and balance exercising apparatus includes circular plates installed by using a ball as a shaft for users to exercise their balance. One third of the large-sized ball(03) rotates in between the upper and lower circular plates(01, 02). A rubber plate with wrinkles is attached to the apparatus for preventing the separation of the upper and lower circular plates.
