PURPOSE: A pilot operated relief valve is provided to precisely control the gas pressure of a gas storage part because a diaphragm is moved while keeping a form thereof when a disc is moved along a shaft. CONSTITUTION: A pilot operated relief valve comprises a valve body(10), a disc(20), a retainer, a valve cover(40), a diaphragm(50), a pilot valve, and a shaft(60). The valve body comprises a first inner space(15), a gas injection port(12), and a gas discharge port(14). The disc is arranged in the first inner space to cover the gas injection port The diaphragm is arranged to cover one opened side of the valve body. The valve cover is coupled to the valve body and the diaphragm to form a second inner space(45) with the diaphragm. The pilot valve is coupled to the valve cover to be communicated with the second inner space. The shaft opens and closes the gas injection port.
