PURPOSE: A microfluidic device is provided to increase the reliability of fluid inspecting results by filling a metering chamber with the accurate pre-determined amount of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A microfluidic device(10) includes a chamber, an introducing channel(120), and a discharging channel(130). The chamber receives fluid. The introducing channel is in connection with the chamber. After the chamber is filled with a pre-determined amount of fluid through the introducing channel, fluid is discharged from the chamber as much as the additional amount of introducing fluid into the chamber by separately arranging the discharging channel at the chamber. The chamber includes a metering chamber(110) in order to receive and discharge the pre-determined amount of fluid.
