PURPOSE: A capacity flow meter is provided to simplify an assembly, to reduce manufacturing costs, and to improve measurement precision. CONSTITUTION: A capacity flow meter(1) measures a flow rate with the numbers of the rotation of rotators(3,4) being arranged in the inside of a housing. The rotator is composed of rotary shafts(3a,4a), gears(3b,4b), and rotors(3c,4c). The gears and rotors rotate with the rotary shafts. Two rotators are arranged in the inside of a housing body so that the rotary shafts of each rotator are arranged side by side. The gears of each rotator are engaged to each other so that the rotors of each rotator are rotated without contacts.
