PURPOSE: A medical spray device including a separable air supply hose unit is provided to enable users to easily and conveniently use the spray device regardless of the usage radius or the usage number. CONSTITUTION: A medical spray device includes a spraying unit(10), a holder(20), and an air supply hose unit(30). The spraying unit includes an air storage container(11) filled with compressed air, a drug solution container(12) inserted into the air storage container for storing a drug solution, and a sprayer(13) combining to the air storage container and the drug solution container for spraying the compressed air and the drug solution. The holder is for inserting and mounting the air supply hose unit, and includes an insertion unit having a mounting unit on the lower side.
