PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing an herbicide for eliminating pest in garden crops is provided to simply obtain the herbicide and to effectively remove pest. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing the herbicide for eliminating pest from garden crops comprises: a step of mixing 10-30 wt% of sulfur, 1-5 wt% of dispersion agent, 1-3 wt% of wetting agent, 0.5-1.5 wt% of pH adjusting agent, 10-30 wt% of vegetable wax, 3-7 wt% of emulsifier, and 30-50 wt% of distilled water in a container and stirring at 12-18 rpm to prepare a first composition(S100); a step of mixing 70-80 wt% of sulfur, 4-6 wt% of dispersion agent, 1-3 wt% of wetting agent, 4-6 wt% of emulsifier, and 10-15 wt% of calcium carbonate in a container and stirring at 18-22 rpm to prepare a second composition(S200); a step of mixing 37-43 wt% of anti-freezing agent, 10-15 wt% of pH adjusting agent, 6-9 wt% of thickening agent, 1-3 wt% of antiseptic, and 37-43 wt% of foaming agent in a container to prepare a third composition(S300); a step of mixing 40-48 wt% of the first composition and 50-58 wt% of the second composition and stirring at 18-22 rpm(S400); a step of pulverizing the mixture at 20-29 rpm(S500); a step of adding 0.5-2 wt% of the third composition and stirring(S600); and a step of packing the mixture(S700). |
