PURPOSE: A system for informing a result according to an electrocardiogram data collection and an electrocardiogram abnormality using a smart phone in real time is provided to enable the general person to find an electrocardiogram abnormality and measures electrocardiogram data using a smart phone in real time, thereby enabling the general person to inform the result found. CONSTITUTION: An electrocardiogram measurement application program is downloaded and executed from a server of a smart phone manufacturer. An electrocardiogram measurement device is initialized and operates for communication between the electrocardiogram measurement device and a smart phone(S202). The electrocardiogram measurement device measures electrocardiogram data. The electrocardiogram data measured transmits to the smart phone. The smart phone transmits data to an electrocardiogram server through WiFi or a 3G network. The electrocardiogram server stores the electrocardiogram data in a database(S301).
