PURPOSE: A pellet supply and combustion device of a hot air heater is provided to stably supply pellet by stirring pellets in a feed hopper with a stirring rod. CONSTITUTION: A pellet supply and combustion device of a hot air heater comprises a main body(1), a transfer pipe(2), a gear box(3), and a stirring rod(4). The main body comprises a feed hopper(101) at the top, a supply part(102) at the bottom, and a rotary supply plate(103) in the middle thereof. The rotary supply plate is driven with the power of a motor. The transfer pipe is connected to the bottom of the supply part of the main body. A transfer screw(201) is installed inside the transfer pipe and driven with the power of the motor. A driving gear is connected to the drive shaft of the motor and transfers power to the rotary supply plate and the transfer screw. The gear box is connected to the rotary supply plate and the rotary axis of the transfer screw. The stirring rod is located in the feed hopper and rotated by a motor installed on the upper side of a pellet loading box. |
