FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas mixing chamber intended for preparing calibration preset-composition gas mixes. Said chamber comprises tight case equipped with gas mix homogeniser, evacuation system lines, those to feed background gas and metered gas component, and to discharge calibrated gas mix. Circular case houses two-section thin-film bag made from gastight not absorbing material attached to case wall edges. Note here that deformable walls of every bag section fit tightly case entire inner surface. Bag first section chamber communicates with atmosphere while second section chamber is communicated with background gas, metered gas component feed lines and calibrated gas mix discharge lines. Aforesaid homogeniser is made up of branch pipe fitting case walls at acute angle and communicated with background gas, metered gas component feed lines and calibrated gas mix discharge lines. ^ EFFECT: easy process, chip materials, simplified design. ^ 3 cl, 1 dwg |
