摘要 |
FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: described is a method of producing mammal embryonic stem cells, except human, which are modified with a human nerve growth factor gene, involving culturing embryonic stem cells in an aMEM medium with additives, inoculating cells on dish, transfection of the embryonic stem cells with vectors pMT-NGF and pcNGF and subsequent collection of stable transfectants on a selective medium. ^ EFFECT: invention enables to obtain genetically modified embryonic stem cells of mammals, which produce the human nerve growth factor in a medium, which enables their use to create models for neuronal cell differentiation in vitro, as well as use these cells for transplant into the brain of experimental animals and screening compounds for presence of neuroprotective activity. ^ 1 cl, 4 dwg, 3 ex |
