PURPOSE: A front sheet of a solar cell, a manufacturing method thereof, and a photovoltaic module including the same are provided to efficiently shield infrared rays by forming an infrared shield layer with cholesteric liquid crystal materials on a base substrate. CONSTITUTION: An infrared shield layer(11) is formed on one side of a base substrate(10) and includes cholesteric liquid crystal materials. The cholesteric liquid crystal material includes a nematic liquid crystal compound and chiral compound. An ultraviolet shield layer(12) is formed on the upper side of the infrared shield layer. The ultraviolet shield layer includes a fluoric polymer and wavelength conversion materials.
