FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to operative traumatology and orthopedics. Guide device for transosseal suture consists of Kirchner wire with 1.1 mm diameter. One end of wire along 15-20 mm is flattened to 0,8 mm and figuredly curved with formation of unclosed loop of triangular shape, the other end of wire being curved at right angle to device longitudinal axis with formation of perpendicular handle in form of elongated closed 30-50 mm long loop. ^ EFFECT: invention ensures increase of efficiency of treatment of orthopedotraumatological patients, who are subjected to operation of transosseal suture and makes it possible to facilitate, accelerate and secure performance of transosseal suture with increase of quality of many surgeries in operative traumatology and orthopedics. ^ 4 dwg |
