FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field if medicine, and in particular to neurology. Duration of polysynaptic response of m. tibialis anterior, registered on the left and on the right in conditions of short-series stimulation of n. plantaris in the area of medial malleolus. By results of 3-5 responses average value of their duration is calculated and if it constitutes less than 0,5 s, light tone increase is diagnosed, if it is 0.5-1.0 s - moderate, and higher than 1.0 s - expressed tone increase. ^ EFFECT: method increases reliability of spasticity evaluation in case of cerebral paresis. ^ 1 dwg, 1 ex |
