PURPOSE: A membership card issue system and a client terminal device for membership card issue, a method and a device for providing a membership card issue service, a medium recording a computer program for executing a membership card issue service thereof are provided to issue a membership card by using an only mobile phone number connected to an affiliated membership server in the field, thereby enabling a customer to immediately use a mobile membership card. CONSTITUTION: A client terminal device(100) stores an application performing a service process related to membership card issue. The client terminal device outputs image information of a membership card through the application and provides a membership card service. A membership card issue service device(200) receives a issue request message about the membership card from the client terminal device. The membership card issue service device processes authentication of the client terminal device.
