PURPOSE: A heat conductor on a building wall board for replacing a PVC joint is provided to form various patterns on the building wall board without cork adhesive and a PVC joint maker. CONSTITUTION: A heat conductor on a wall board of a building for replacing a PVC joint is provided to form various patterns on a building wall board by maintaining the temperature of a heating element(30) by using a bimetal(20). The width of a joint is formed 20 to 30mm to improve visuality. The cost is reduced by omitting the performance for cork adhesive and a PVC joint.
