PURPOSE: An optical module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize the mis-alignment of optical fibers using double epoxy. CONSTITUTION: An optical module comprises a substrate(100), spacers(200), covers(300), and optical fibers(400). The substrate has optical device chips. The spacers have one or more through holes where the optical device chips are inserted. The covers are coupled to the spacers and close the through holes of the spacers. The optical fibers are fixed to positions of the covers corresponding to the optical device chips using epoxy. |
