PURPOSE: A solar cell is provided to omit an additional wet process to remove particles by forming a first opening unit and a second opening unit using a dry etch process and a wet etch process. CONSTITUTION: An emitter unit(120) is located on a substrate(110). A first insulation layer(130) is located on the emitter unit. A first electrode(140) is separated from the first insulation layer on the emitter unit. A rear field unit(150) is located on the rear of the substrate. A second electrode(160) is located on the rear of the rear field unit.
