<p>PURPOSE: An inverter and an organic light emitting display device using the same are provided to stably turn off a transistor by charging a capacitor formed in each gate electrode of the transistor with negative voltage. CONSTITUTION: An inverter comprises first, second, third, and fourth transistors(M1,M2,M3,M4) and first and second capacitors(C1,C2). The first and second transistors are connected between first and second power sources in series. The first capacitor is connected between a gate electrode of the first transistor and a first input terminal(10). The second capacitor is connected between a gate electrode of the second transistor and a second input terminal(20). The third transistor is connected between the gate electrode of the first transistor and a reset power source(Vr). The fourth transistor is connected to the gate electrode of the second transistor and the reset power source.</p> |
