PURPOSE: A method and a device for licensing in order for an initial user to distribute an excerpt of content are provided to allow an initial user to transmit an excerpt of content. CONSTITUTION: A device of a first user selects parts of extracted content(S31). If the total content is selected, the device obtains general permission(S32,S34). If the excerpt is selected, the device generates permission including control words about the selected parts(S33). The device transmits permission to a receiver of the second user(S35). |
