NOVEL PHOTORHABDUS TEMPERATA J6 AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING PESTS USING THE SAME

摘要

PURPOSE: A novel Photorhabdus temperata J6 and a composition for eliminating pest containing the same are provided to effectively prevent various crops from damage due to pest. CONSTITUTION: A Photorhabdus temperata J6(deposit number KACC91625P) is isolated from entomopathogenic nematode. The novel strain has an antibacterial property against Salmonella typhimurium or Micrococcus luteus. A composition for eliminating pest contains the strain or culture thereof as an active ingredient.
