PURPOSE: An array antenna device is provided to obtain reduced size and manufacturing costs by arranging flat antennas in a three-dimensional structure. CONSTITUTION: An array antenna device(100) comprises a multilayer board(110), a plurality of antennas(120), bumps(210), via holes(220), a first distribution part(130), an output terminal(140), an input terminal(150), a first phase delay part(160), a second distribution part(170), and a second phase delay part(180). The multilayer board includes a first layer(110-1) which receives an original signal inputted through an original signal input terminal(230) from outside and second to m-th layers(110-2 to 110-m) which are successively laminated on the first layer to expose a part of the first layer. The antennas are formed on the multilayer board.
