PURPOSE: A sawdust material for absorbing oil spilled to the sea is provided to reduce the waste of natural resources by recycling sawdust. CONSTITUTION: A sawdust material for absorbing oil spilled to the sea comprises sawdust absorbing materials(100) and a net(120). The sawdust absorbing materials is made while a selective heating device heats the pine sawdust having cellulose coated with hemi-cellulose and lignin layers for predetermined time. The net is filled with the sawdust absorbing materials.
